Comcast Offers Special Triple-Play Discount in San Francisco

11/07/2006

America`s biggest cable company, Comcast, has decided to aggressively increase its competitive advantage in the San Francisco Bay area by offering its entire triple play bundle for just $99/month.

Customers who bundle Comcast Digital Cable service (with video-on-demand) with Digital Voice and High-Speed Internet access will pay a monthly rate of just $99 for the first year. This compares to the regular monthly rate of $132.89.

In offering this discount, the cable giant hopes to further solidify its lead in the San Francisco Bay area, where half of its customers are already bundling two or more services. The special offer is now available to 90% of Bay area subscribers, and will be extended to Monterey, Santa Cruz, Walnut Creek, Pittsburg, Antioch, Bay Point and Castro Valley in the near future.
