inQ chatCommerce Makes Inroads with Cable and Telecom Carriers

08/08/2008

inQ chatCommerce, a California-based company that provides live consumer-to-business chat services, is beginning to make inroads with telecom and cable operators, according to reports earlier this week.

inQ already counts AT&T, Sprint Nextel, Vonage, and Virgin Media Ltd. among its customers, the firm said on Tuesday. It’s outsourced live chat service combines software and human agents, and charges business clients only for performance that is, chat-assisted sales generated by inQ agents.

The substantial boost in sales and our pay-for-performance business model have earned us the trust of our various telecommunications, cable and satellite industry clients, commented inQ executive, Kenn MacKay, a 26-year-old former AT&T employee.
