Telus Posts 9% Decline in Second Quarter Profits

Online video rental service, Netflix, has reached a deal with ABC to make a number of popular TV series available as streaming internet videos. Netflix users can now watch full seasons of “Lost,” “Desperate Housewives,” “Grey’s Anatomy” and other programs on a computer, TiVo, DVR, or Xbox 360 gaming console. The programming is available at no extra charge for those with a Netflix subscription costing at least $9/month. Netflix already streams video content from a number of other U.S. networks, including NBC, CBS, Fox, and the Disney Channel.
