Videotron to Launch 3G Wireless Network in Quebec
23/12/2009
Verizon Wireless has added the popular cable network, TLC, to its V CAST mobile television service, strengthening its lineup of wireless video content. Already available on V CAST are TV networks such as ABC Mobile, CBS, CNBC, Comedy Central, the Disney Channel, ESPN Mobile, Fox Mobile, MSNBC, NBC, and Nickelodeon. The V CAST network is based on Qualcomm’s MediaFLO technology, which delivers video content over a dedicated network so as not to impact other data services.
